Background: Little is known about the correlation between nodal upstaging and pulmonary nodules classified according to presence of solid components in lung mediastinal windows. This study thus aimed analyze risk factors prognosis based on different imaging features, clinical characteristics, pathological results from patients with stage T1N0M0 adenocarcinoma.
